I just finished up a custom order. It’s going to be given as a shower gift.

A wee baby dress and bloomers personalized with an M for Madeline.

Isn’t this a great idea?  It wasn’t mine, but I’m loving it and now want to offer it in our shop. I recently purchased this fresh new print that to me, screams “spring”!  There is nothing like a tiny dress on a tiny girl.  uh-oh, this isn’t baby fever is it?  nah.

’til Easter.

The decorations are up and the countdown is on!

I just finished Isabella’s Easter dress yesterday and even persuaded her to model.  

Candy was involved of course, so we did a little pre-Easter egg hunt for fun. I wasn’t planning on making an actual “Easter dress” per se, but she had her eye on this fabric and really wanted a dress made. I thought I’d try out this new style. I’m quite liking the wrap and contrast ruffle trim because it’s girly without being over the top.  I even have matching pink jelly shoes to put in her basket on Sunday.

Pink shoes…. doesn’t get any better than that!
